brief:

Chrysalis Arts appointed cinc to develop a showcase website for North Yorkshire’s finest artists, makers and other creative businesses.

Designed and built by cinc with a content management system, the art connections website enables artists to upload photos of their work onto the site, creating an online gallery. Chrysalis Arts selects and approves the artists and their work before they are added to the site, thus ensuring an exclusive database of art from the area is showcased.

The website provides a range of services for artists at different stages in their careers, including specialist training and mentoring, networking, advice, information and marketing services. cinc also developed the site to enable the artists to sell their featured works online, creating a new market for members.
